You will play a key role in supporting and delivering high-quality coaching and development for male and female student-athletes aged 16-19, while also contributing to the expansion and sustainability of the USP Storm Football Academy programme. Working closely with the Storm Coordinator, you will help strengthen player pathways, develop competitive opportunities, and engage local communities and schools.

• Deliver and develop high-quality coaching across male and female Football teams
• Support player development pathways and promote inclusive participation
• Build strategic links with local Football clubs and national organisations
• Assist in organising Football tours, coaching camps, and competitions
• Drive initiatives to increase engagement among under-represented groups
• Support facility management and ensure safe, effective learning environments
• Promote equality, diversity, safeguarding, and student well-being
