IS THIS YOU?
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills, who can adapt to a variety of different environments, whilst keeping standards high.
If you have a positive attitude, can motivate team members, and want to support and improve others, we want to hear from you!
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
We are looking for someone who can deliver high quality coaching programmes within the Football & Sports Development department in the UK & International Football Programmes department; aiming to engage, develop and create an enjoyable learning environment among participants of all abilities in schools and the community, and ensuring that all delivery is ‘best in class’.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will be delivering Physical Education in primary schools, educating and teaching students The Southampton Way, as well as the National Curriculum. You will also be a lead deliverer in our female football programme and look to help grow female football participation.
There is also the opportunity to be a lead deliverer on our football residential courses, staying overnight when needed. We also want you to retain high levels of participants, whilst ensuring the customer experience is excellent for all parties, including partners, parents/guardians and players.
You will also liaise with the Football & Sports Development Officer to ensure delivery and player reports are completed and will help to identify development opportunities within the department.
