SUMMARY: The Minnesota Vikings are seeking a Video Operations Associate to assist in all aspects of the football video department. This will include camera operation during practices & games, video editing, and setting up Audio/Visual equipment. You will help in providing the coaches and players with video for analysis and scouting; This is not a broadcast/production video position. In addition to the duties described above, the Video Operations Associate will take part in the Vikings’ exclusive Associate Development Program. This program will provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth in order to boost the Associate’s skillset and enhance their resume for future leadership opportunities. A fundamental part of the program will include clearly defined goals between the Associate and their Supervisor that will be tracked and measured for progress throughout the term of employment. This is a temporary full-time position that will begin April, 2026 and conclude April, 2027 unless otherwise determined. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Recording games, practices, and workouts • Import and organize NFL TV Games • Audio/Visual setup of meeting rooms and team hotel • Assist with printers and Surface tablets on game day • Log player participation for practice video along with other requests from football personnel QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Previous working experience in a college or professional sports video department • A strong knowledge of the game of football • Experience with Catapult or DV Sport video editing systems • Experience with 8K MastRcam or other PTZ cameras is preferred • Ability to lift, move, and pull equipment cases in excess of 40lbs CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS: This position may require the individual to have access to confidential records and information.
