About Your Role: Based at Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire. Working Pattern: Typically 5 days a week onsite with core flexible hours between 8am to 6pm. We are looking for a trend driven experienced Footwear Designer, looking to push our boots and sandal designs. -Design all boots and sandals for womenswear non clothing with a focus on high-quality, trend-led basics. -Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed. -Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and design direction. -Research and recognise key trends, translating this into elevated, customer-relevant products. -Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style. -Collaborate with designers, buyers, merchandisers, technologists, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to spec. -Support with project-based collections as well as main range development. About You: -Strong experience of designing womens footwear, ideally boots and sandals. -Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role. -Having strong team work and people skills is a must as well as experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage. -Must have experience of working for a similar sized Retailer or Supplier background. -Creative and passionate about fashion and new opportunities.
