• Footwear Design Development: Work closely with senior designers, material experts, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative footwear designs to life, ensuring quality, style, and performance.
• Trend Analysis & Concept Creation: Stay ahead of industry trends, developing forward-thinking product concepts that push the boundaries of footwear design.
• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the product development process, from ideation and prototyping to final production. Ensure each design is executed flawlessly while maintaining the balance between creativity and functionality.
• Material & Manufacturing Innovation: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to explore and integrate new materials, technologies, and production methods that enhance the final product.
