• Footwear Design Development: Work closely with senior designers, material experts, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative footwear designs to life, ensuring quality, style, and performance.
• Trend Analysis & Concept Creation: Stay ahead of industry trends, developing forward-thinking product concepts that push the boundaries of footwear design.
• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the product development process, from ideation and prototyping to final production. Ensure each design is executed flawlessly while maintaining the balance between creativity and functionality.
• Material & Manufacturing Innovation: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to explore and integrate new materials, technologies, and production methods that enhance the final product.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, sales, and brand teams to ensure product designs align with brand vision and customer needs. Provide expertise on footwear performance and design to optimize product success.
• Quality Control & Testing: Oversee rigorous testing phases to ensure every shoe not only looks incredible but also delivers exceptional comfort, durability, and performance.
