Job Description As part of QIMA's Technical Team, you will support the Global Footwear Technical Leader on a key project: improving inspector effectiveness for footwear inspections globally. This is a content-driven, technical role with potential onsite exposure — ideal for someone passionate about footwear and quality. Training Content & Inspector Effectiveness · Contribute to our Footwear Curriculum · Support onsite training sessions and inspector assessments across multiple countries · Contribute to the leather goods training implementation Audit & Continuous Improvement • Contribute to the improvement of Technical Audits • Monitor and improve key technical tools Inspection Support · Onsite Support to our footwear teams across multiple countries · Measure effectiveness of inspection reports to enhance technical performance · Support the continuous improvement of our proces and tools Qualifications • Final year of Degree — Engineering or equivalent • Footwear background and/or knowledge, experience and interest in leather is a plus • Rigorous, detail-oriented, confident working autonomously • Willingness to travel internationally (mostly SEA) • Fluent in English, strong communication skills Department: Inspection Workplace Type: Onsite City: Ho Chi Minh City
