General Manager – Automotive Dealership (Ford & CDJR) Location: Morris, MN Company: Veero Auto Group About Us Veero Auto Group is a growing dealership group operating Ford and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram under one roof in Morris, MN. We are focused on building a high-performing, process-driven store with strong growth in used vehicles, fixed operations, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for a GM who is actively involved with the team, operations, and customer experience. Position Overview The General Manager will oversee all dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and finance. This role requires a hands-on operator who can lead from the front, hold teams accountable, and build scalable processes as we grow. Key Responsibilities * Drive total dealership performance across sales, service, and profitability * Lead and develop department managers (Sales, F&I, Service, Parts) * Establish and enforce accountability, structure, and daily processes * Grow used vehicle operations (inventory, acquisition, turn) * Improve fixed operations performance (service gross, efficiency, ELR) * Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy in real time * Ensure OEM program compliance (Ford & Stellantis) * Build a strong customer-first culture and improve CSI * Recruit, train, and retain top talent * Step in to desk deals and review/engage leads when needed to support the team and drive results What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a General Manager or strong GSM ready to step up * Track record of driving volume and profitability growth * Strong understanding of: * Used vehicle inventory strategy and pricing * Fixed operations performance * F&I structure and lender relationships * Ability to desk deals and actively support the sales process when needed * Comfortable reviewing leads, improving follow-up processes, and driving appointment activity * Hands-on leadership style with active involvement in daily operations * Ability to work in a rural market and build a team culture * High accountability mindset — sets expectations and follows through Compensation & Benefits * Earning opportunity of $10,000 – $15,000+ per month (salary plus performance bonus combined) * Performance bonus with strong upside tied to store growth and results * High earning potential for candidates who can grow the business * Ongoing leadership development, including potential sponsorship to programs like NADA Academy or NCM Associates * Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k etc.) * Opportunity for future growth within the group Must be willing to relocate to or commute to Morris, MN (relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate).
