Description
Determine inventory policies for 750K+ SKUs across 20 NA facilities and over $1B of inventory to optimize fill rate and inventory spend Create demand forecasts for 750K SKUs Analyze demand trends and work with the sales community to understand demand patterns and how they impact our part forecasts Work with sales and purchasing teams to determine impact and approve exception processes for procurement (Ship mulitple, Minimum Qty, etc) Develop and report on KPI's on in and out of network lead times Problem solve issues and tickets within our SAP-APO System Participate in test creation and execution for cross functional tech projects (Blue Yonder, S/4 Hana, eSPP, etc) Become SME for eSPP launch Special Projects Established and active employee resource groups Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience in related field 1+ years of experience in general supply chain knowledge or previous education Data mining skills Strong analytical background Excellent interpersonal (written & verbal) skills required Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions and reach logical conclusions Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems which may impact the entire FCSD organization Experience working in a cross-functional environment Proficiency with Excel, Access and Alteryx preferred Knowledge of SAP-SPP application Preferred
