Description BCM Supply, LLC is looking for an experienced Ford mechanic to join our team! BCM maintains a large fleet of medium and heavy-duty trucks and off-road construction equipment at our Belleville and Detroit construction yards. Our fleet has almost 400 Ford vehicles and we are an in-house Warranty facility. This position requires 55 hours per week (overtime after 40 hours) and includes healthcare, retirement benefits, tool allowance, and boot allowance. Requirements Responsible for preventative tasks on Ford vehicles. Preventative maintenance including tires, wheels, brakes, starting systems, electric systems, and suspensions. Test, diagnose, and repair problems with Ford vehicles. Utilize and understand using Ford IDS, and Ford FDRS. Warranty repairs and using PTS/OASIS to verify labor times. Maintain a clean and organized work area. At least 18 years of age At least 2 years of mechanical experience, Ford preferred Experience with brake, suspension, electrical, and module replacement and programming. Valid chauffer's license preferred. Able to pass drug-screening and MVR check. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

They must also test, diagnose, and repair problems using specialized Ford diagnostic tools and handle warranty repairs.
