The Portfolio Strategy & Modifications Director is the strategic architect behind Ford Pro’s vehicle and modifications portfolio across International Markets. About the Role As the Portfolio Strategy & Modifications Director, you will bridge the gap between identifying future customer needs and executing the complex commercial ecosystem required to meet them. Leading a high-performing team of Strategy and Operations Managers, you will define "where we play" and "how we win" by identifying profitable white space and driving the global growth of our modifications and upfitting business. By synthesizing macro-trends—such as electrification and autonomy—with deep technical and financial expertise, you will build an integrated ecosystem that maximizes Ford’s profitability, market share, and value proposition across the commercial vehicle landscape. Reporting directly to the Ford Pro General Manager, this position can be based at Melbourne, Saudi or Dubai office. This role operates under a hybrid work arrangement, requiring four days on-site.
