Description
Partner with Ford Pro teams to support general office and field employees, including process improvement, training, and implementation of best practices Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as # of repair orders, DNET, and UIO Assist with launch and implementation of corporate service and parts initiatives, promotions, and loyalty programs (e.g., Ford Parts Loyalty Rewards, National Fleet Parts Pricing, Fleet Care, Mobile Service) Collaborate with internal teams including Field Sales, Warranty Operations, and Technical Support to deliver a cohesive dealer and customer experience Assist with training customer/dealer personnel on new systems, tools, processes, and compliance requirements Support dealer readiness for aftersales launches and campaigns Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities and proactively address issues Assist in identifying conquest/new fleets to grow Ford Pro Parts sales Deliver repair order (including mobile service) and service loyalty growth Develop reporting to track program enrollments/ customer progress Required Bachelor's degree in business, Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in automotive service, parts, or dealership operations Experience working with or at automotive dealerships Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple dealership relationships and travel Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools Knowledge of Ford service and parts systems and tools (e.g., PTS, OWS, GCQ, etc.) Familiarity Salesforce Familiarity with service operations metrics and fixed ops performance management Train team on and govern the Ford Pro Parts & Service sales processes Up to 40% travel with the Ford Pro field team Leadership Skills: ability to motivate and manage a team of salespeople while building positive sales culture Sales Skills: strong sales skills with an entrepreneurial mindset) effectively selling products and services to potential clients.
