About the Role As the Ford Pro Strategy & Insights Manager, you will lead the development of customer-backed strategies for our comprehensive portfolio of vehicles, software, and services. By owning the end-to-end insight loop, you will synthesize internal and external insights to define winning propositions and strategic segment choices. Your work ensures that Ford Pro’s ecosystem—from upfitting and telematics to charging and finance—remains at the forefront of the commercial customer’s evolving needs. This position reports directly to the Product & Strategy Director and can be based at either our Melbourne, Dubai, Riyadh or Bangkok office.
