The Advanced Systems Engineer will focus on underbody system development (mechanical package, chassis kinematics, powertrain package, chassis system selection) for future production vehicles. In addition to demonstrated vehicle chassis experience and problem-solving skills, applicants must possess a passion for performance and strong interest in technology. Applicants will be required to interface with teams that include vehicle dynamics specialists, mechanical and e-drive powertrain engineers, NVH experts, road load durability teams, and performance attribute owners allowing for numerous opportunities to expand technical knowledge in a wide area of automotive technologies, systems, and components. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 4 days per week in the Allen Park, MI office.
