Description
This role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration, target setting, modeling, validation testing, and risk management to ensure that Ford Racing production vehicles meet or exceed performance targets while adhering to program milestones. The thermal systems engineer will also be responsible for identifying and resolving trade-offs between competing attributes, developing roadmaps for improvement, and communicating attribute status to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams (Powertrain, Aerodynamics, Studio, Body Engineering, CAD/CAE resources and motorsport) to architect thermal solutions that meet aggressive performance targets.
