RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments. * Listen carefully to customers’ concerns and vehicle issues to provide accurate information and recommendations. * Prepare and explain detailed service estimates and repair plans to customers. * Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team for timely vehicle repairs and maintenance. * Keep customers informed about the progress and any changes in the status of their vehicle repairs. * Process service orders and warranty claims accurately and efficiently. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford vehicle systems, services, and promotions. * Promote additional services and repairs as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role in the automotive industry is highly preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships. * Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic automotive knowledge and a willingness to learn more about Ford vehicles and services. * Proficiency in computer systems used for service scheduling, invoicing, and communication. * Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
