What’s the role? You’ll play a key role in helping our operations teams plan ahead with confidence. You’ll partner closely with leaders to translate business changes, trends and data into clear, forward-looking workforce plans. You’ll build and refine forecasts, explore different scenarios, and turn complex data into insights that support smart decisions, ensuring we’re set up with the right capability, at the right time, to deliver for our customers. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand business drivers, present meaningful insights, and support decisions on recruitment, training, and workforce strategy through clear, data-led recommendations. Hyrbrid role- Sydney or Melbourne location preferred, with flexibility to also consider candidates based in Adelaide. What do I need? * Proven experience in workforce management ideally within banking or financial services operations, combined with strong analytical capability to interpret data and translate it into clear, practical insights * Strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and a proficiency in one or more contemporary scripting language (SQL, Python, R, etc.) with the confidence to analyse data and present clear, meaningful insights * Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, patterns and opportunities to produce Medium- to Long-term Volume & FTE forecasts for business partners * Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with Team Managers, Senior Managers, and Executives and to present insights and recommendations in a clear and meaningful way for the business You’ll thrive here if you enjoy combining data, curiosity and collaboration to shape better outcomes.
