We are looking for a driven and experienced Forecast & Replenishment Expert to join our team in the Bucharest office. In this role, you will oversee the demand planning process, securing optimal inventory levels while reducing the risk of stock-outs or overstock situations. You will collaborate closely with category management, supply chain, and data analytics teams to deliver high forecast accuracy and streamline the replenishment workflow. As a Forecast & Replenishment Expert, you will be responsible for the followings: Ensure optimal inventory levels by managing forecasting and replenishment activities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, planograms and promotional activities Request input from the offer management team when launching new products; Actively monitor delisted products to verify remaining inventory risks in the central warehouse Continuously monitor the shelf life of products in the warehouse and report potential risks to the Offer and Sales & Operations teams; Leading interdepartmental discussions to prevent potential losses due to expiration dates Prepare for seasonal changes by increasing or decreasing stocks in service stations according to anticipated demand Elaborate weekly and monthly reports on stock levels, availability and supplier service levels Ensure order management through supplier agreements, delivery terms, availability targets and desired stock levels, taking into account working capital and freshness indicators Monitor of stationary, slow-moving or old stocks, anticipating potential problems and identifying alternative solutions to prevent the destruction of finished products To be successful in the role, you should have: Higher education Minimum 2–3 years of relevant supply chain experience MS Office knowledge. Dashboard applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage English – fluent level Strategic thinking, based on data and analysis, customer orientation, analytical, planning and forecasting skills Driving license – Category B What is in it for you?
