Description WE ARE HIRING! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Foreclosure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing foreclosure-related tasks to ensure timely and compliant processing of both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions across multiple partner states. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. In This Role, You Will: Process and review foreclosure files, including claims, documentation, and lien releases Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing Process claims, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete Ensure compliance with all regulations Provide initial quality control review for document execution of financial foreclosure documents Calculate and prepare foreclosure judgement figures and state required documents Other job duties as assigned At our organization, we are dedicated to improving lives and strengthening Idaho communities. Requirements 1-3 years foreclosure or mortgage default related experience Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, RESPA, FFDCPA, GLBA, federal and state laws related to foreclosure processes, and mortgage loan documentation Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access Ability to read legal terms and conditions and understand their meaning and how it applies to work processes High School Diploma or equivalent required Occasional travel up to 10% required
