Job Summary: Supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs by assisting case managers and program managers in analyzing, managing, and executing FMS casework in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and acquisition guidance. Essential Duties:  * Supports the efforts and actions of Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads for FMS programs * Assistsin analyzing FMS casework * Assistsin managing FMS casework * Supports execution of FMS caseworkin accordance withthe Arms Export Control Act * Supports execution of FMS caseworkin accordance withthe Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) * Supports execution of FMS caseworkin accordance withthe International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) * Supports execution of FMS caseworkin accordance withapplicable DoD acquisition policy guidance Education: * MA/MSdegree Experience: * More than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: * Knowledge of the Arms Export Control Act * Knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) * Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) * Knowledge of DoD acquisition policy guidance * Ability to analyze and manage FMS casework
Responsibilities
Supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs by assisting case and program managers in analyzing and executing casework. Ensures all actions comply with the Arms Export Control Act, SAMM, ITAR, and DoD acquisition policies.
