Job Description Set-up, Lead and manage Foreign Worker Solution Services Team including recruiting, coordination, and administration, to ensure a smooth and effective end to end hiring process. Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices for the foreign worker hiring process which includes recruitment, onboarding, and also foreign worker lifecycle management. Collaborate with plant managers, HR departments, and relevant stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies. Oversee, optimize and mitigate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisement posting, candidate selection, interviews, reference checks, quota and visa processing and due diligence activities in the most cost-effective manner. Coordinate closely with different agencies such as Immigration, labour department , Medical organizations , source country agents to ensure timely hires. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and ethical recruitment standards are adhered to at all stages of end-to-end foreign worker hiring and management. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as time-to-hire, retention rates, and cost effectiveness. Train and mentor team members ensuring high-quality service delivery. Manage relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and legal consultants, as and when needed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our hiring processes and services. Handle escalated issues or challenges related to foreign worker management and seek solutions to resolve them promptly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or a related disciplines. At least of 5 years’ experience in foreign worker hiring and overall management within manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of team leadership and project management and planning. In-depth knowledge of foreign worker hiring regulations, governance and processes in Malaysia. Well versed with all the regulations related to foreign workers hiring and management e.g. International Labor Organization (ILO) standards, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Conformity Assessment for Approval (ZRC), Immigration Laws and all related standards and legislations. Proactive, results and customer oriented, high focus on process efficiencies and adaptable to Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA) environments. Possess strong leadership, interpersonal skills as well as problem solving and analytical abilities.
