We are seeking a working Foreman to join our team at Absolute Roof Solutions Inc. In this role, you will oversee roofing projects, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards while fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in both flat and slopped roofing is a must.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Experience using project management software is an asset, but definitely need to be computer literate.

Experience:

• Flat Roofing: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In perso

• Supervise and perform torch-on or shingles roofing techniques, roofing crews and manage daily operations on job sites.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate project schedules and communicate with clients regarding progress.
• Train and mentor team members in roofing techniques and best practices.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are met.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the course of a project promptly.
