The Foreman will oversee and coordinate carpentry works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical carpentry knowledge, and the ability to manage teams effectively at workshop and project sites.

• Supervise day-to-day carpentry operations at workshop and/or site.
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance of carpenters, helpers, and other staff.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain safe working practices and ensure staff adhere to safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for smooth execution.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment usage to minimize wastage.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to improve skills.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays.
• Requirements:
• Experience in Carpentry or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, joinery, and finishing works.
• Ability to read drawings and translate them into practical execution.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
