Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating workforce activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and company standards. The role includes monitoring daily tasks, managing manpower, ensuring quality control, and reporting progress to management. Must have skills: The Foreman should possess strong and advanced technical knowledge in MEP systems, with the ability to supervise and guide the team effectively on-site. The role requires good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with clients and management clearly. A presentable and professional appearance is also essential to represent the company confidently on site.
