Job Title: Foreman – Aluminum & Façade

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a skilled Foreman (Aluminum & Façade) to oversee site execution and ensure aluminum & façade works are carried out safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of façade and glazing systems, and proven experience in supervising site activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in aluminum & façade projects within the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, aluminum doors & windows, glazing, and façade systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Proven track record in supervising site teams of chargehands and workers.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with HSE regulations and safe work practices.
  • Flexibility to work across different project sites in the UAE.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma/ITI Certificate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Trade background in aluminum/metal works will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day aluminum and façade installation activities at the project site.
  • Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
  • Manage and assign tasks to chargehands, fabricators, and installation teams.
  • Monitor manpower productivity and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Liaise with Project Engineers and Site Managers to ensure work progress aligns with project schedules.
  • Inspect completed works for quality, alignment, and finishing as per standards.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and enforce company HSE policies on site.
  • Resolve technical/site issues and escalate problems to the Project Engineer when required.
  • Keep accurate records of daily manpower, materials used, and progress achieved.
  • Provide training and guidance to workers to enhance efficiency and workmanship.
