JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee Architectural Metals Projects. from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

EXPERIENCE

Oversee field installation of:

  • Metal siding and roofing
  • Architectural Metal Panels and Plate Panel Systems
  • Full building-envelope components
  • Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong skills in construction , blueprint reading, and quality control practices.
  • Ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Utilize construction management software to track project progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to guide construction activities.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and identify any issues early on.
  • Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and controlling expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and direction to field personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Implement effective communication strategies with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and any changes.
