JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand in construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, tools, and equipment
  • Full PPE and valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Specific trade experience (concrete, carpentry, finishing, etc.) preferred
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $27.00-$45.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
