Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for skilled and experienced Concrete Foremen to join our CONCRETE DIVISION for the 2026 construction season. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standard construction practices Knowledge in specifications for Edmonton and surrounding areas Experience with forming and finishing concrete Experience in leadership roles with managing crews by organizing and implementing their daily tasks Strong leadership and decision making skills in fast paced, complex environments Ability to work long hours 6 days a week. Some out of town work is anticipated during the course of the season (Edmonton and surrounding areas) Ensure crews work in a safe and productive manner Complete all safety documentation, which can include daily safety meetings, inspections, permits Must be physically fit, repetitive lifting, bending, kneeling, and walking for long periods of time Successful candidates will thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high-pressure environment. They will also possess a valid driver’s license and have a strong drive to contribute to the team's success by working with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties.
