Foreman (m/f/d) Construction Site Private Clients

Location: Pansdorf Employment type(s): Full-time Working hours: 40 hours per week

Purpose and objective of the position: We are seeking a foreman (m/f/d) for construction sites in the private customer sector for our partner company on a direct placement basis. The company primarily serves private customers and operates in the areas of civil engineering, demolition, recycling, and waste disposal.

Your tasks:

Technical guidance and coordination of the construction site team on site
Independent execution and supervision of earthworks, paving and demolition work
Coordination of shoring, drainage and groundwater lowering work
Installation and inspection of shafts and lifting systems
Organization of the proper disposal and recycling of building materials
Ensuring a smooth construction process as well as quality and schedule control
Operating construction machinery and instructing colleagues in its use
Contact person for construction management, clients and team on site
Compliance with safety and quality standards

What our customer wants from you:

Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, e.g. in the construction, gardening or civil engineering sector or comparable
Professional experience on construction sites, ideally with initial experience in leading teams.
Driving licence at least class BE, class C or CE is an advantage
Independent, proactive and responsible work ethic
Friendly and safe interaction with private customers
Reliability, punctuality and teamwork
