For our client, an established company in the building construction sector with a focus on hospitals, laboratories and special technical buildings, we are looking for an assembly manager in building construction (m/f/d) as soon as possible, based in the Ostalbkreis district (on-site) and at construction sites throughout Germany + occasional assignments abroad.

Those who feel at home on the construction site rather than in the office and want to take responsibility for international projects will find a job here with real creative freedom right up to acceptance.

Permanent position / Direct placement
Entry: Possible immediately
Willingness to travel: >90% (construction site assignments)
Compensation: Negotiable depending on qualifications (further information available upon request)
Company car including private use

Your role:

Management, control and allocation of construction site personnel on national and international construction sites
Monitoring of subcontractors regarding quality, adherence to deadlines and cost-effectiveness
Participation in the acceptance of subcontractor services
Local contact person for a smooth installation process

What you should bring (must-have):

Completed vocational training in a main construction trade, ideally with a master craftsman or foreman title
High willingness to travel for national and international assignments
