To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking a motivated and committed skilled worker/foreman (m/f/d) in civil engineering and road construction / garden and landscape construction on a full-time basis.

Job description & requirements

• Completed training in road construction, civil engineering, garden and landscape construction (alternatively, a skilled trade qualification, e.g., bricklayer, carpenter, etc.)
• Previous professional experience is an advantage.
• Driving licence class B (BE desirable)
• Technical expertise in the construction/civil engineering sector
• Independent, responsible and meticulous work ethic
• High level of commitment and reliability
• Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
• Ideally, leadership qualities (for foreman role)

Your tasks

• Execution of industry-standard activities in road construction, civil engineering and landscaping, in particular:
• install shafts
• Laying pipes
• Carry out earthworks
• Installation of frost protection and load-bearing layers
• Setting borders
• Laying of all types of paving stones
• Fence work
• Operation and guidance of construction equipment and machinery, in particular:
• Mini excavators and mobile excavators
• Wheel loaders and dumpers
• Vibrating plates, rammers and compaction equipment
• Cutting tools (e.g. angle grinders, paving cutters)
• Surveying and leveling instruments
• Surveying of construction sites

Additionally (with appropriate qualifications / foreman):

• Leading a column
• Organization of construction site processes
• Material orders
