• Leading and guiding your construction site team in the construction industry
• Responsible for the implementation and compliance with building plans and safety regulations.
• Coordination and monitoring of work processes on the construction site
• Support and motivation of employees
• Conflict resolution and communication between team and site management
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Direct contact person for organizational questions on the construction site

Requirements

• Completed vocational training (vocational school) in the construction industry or comparable field
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a foreman or in a similar position
• Communication skills and conflict resolution skills
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Knowledge of safety regulations in construction
• Experience in personnel management on construction sites
• Teamwork skills, resilience and reliability
• Very good German skills
