POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Foreman to lead demolition and abatement crews on site, maintain safety standards, and ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in demolition, abatement, or construction site supervision
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and follow project plans and specifications
  • Solid understanding of job site safety
  • Personal transportation to and from job sites (truck not provided at first)
  • Proof of liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
  • Reliable smartphone for reporting and communication
  • Physically capable of performing demolition work
Responsibilities

THIS IS A GROWTH ROLE.

  • You will start as an on-site foreman without company truck/trailer duties.
  • After a successful trial period where you prove reliability, leadership, and care for tools/equipment, you may take over full truck/trailer operation and site logistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (INITIAL STAGE)

  • Supervise and coordinate crews on site
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and job specifications
  • Manage tools, equipment, and materials on site
  • Conduct daily safety talks and inspections
  • Maintain site security and control access
  • Communicate with management and send daily progress updates (including photos)
  • Resolve minor site issues quickly and escalate larger ones to management
  • Perform hands-on site work as needed

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (AFTER TRUCK DUTIES ARE EARNED)

  • Operate and transport company trucks and trailers
  • Handle site deliveries, material runs, and waste disposal logistics
  • Lead full site setup and takedown operations
