Job Description We are seeking a qualified Electrical Foreman with strong experience in infrastructure maintenance to supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance works in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, have at least 5 years of UAE experience, and possess a valid UAE driving license. This role requires excellent technical skills, leadership ability, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of electricians in carrying out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for electrical systems in infrastructure facilities. Plan and schedule daily work activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required quality standards. Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical installations, control panels, distribution boards, and lighting systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems, ensuring timely and effective repairs. Ensure compliance with UAE electrical regulations, DEWA standards, and company HSE policies. Coordinate with planners, engineers, and procurement teams for tools, equipment, and materials. Maintain accurate maintenance records, job reports, and work permits. Train and mentor junior electricians to develop technical skills and safety awareness. Qualifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in electrical maintenance for infrastructure projects. Valid UAE manual driving license (mandatory). Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems, control systems, and safety procedures. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
