Foreman (m/f/d) in Zossen

EMC GmbH stands for strong civil engineering and infrastructure construction in Berlin and Brandenburg. From road construction and pipeline construction to complex earthworks, we implement projects reliably and efficiently – with our own fleet of machinery, clear processes and well-coordinated teams.

We are looking for a foreman (m/f/d) for our location who takes responsibility, leads teams, and keeps construction sites under control. You're not just present – ​​you set the direction.

Your future area of ​​responsibility

• Leading your crew on the construction site
• Organization and coordination of daily operations
• Instruction and guidance of employees
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and workplace safety
• Coordination with construction management and clients
• Control of materials, machinery and deployment planning

Your profile

• Experience in civil engineering / road construction / pipeline construction
• Prior leadership experience as a foreman or supervisor is an advantage.
• Assertiveness and clear communication
• Independent and structured work style
• Driving licence class B (BE, C1, C1E, 1CE advantageous)
• You pitch in and lead the way
