Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Roof replacements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of construction processes.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage Roofing projects from start to finish
- Ensuring that work is carried out according to specifications
- Schedule and assign tasks to workers
- Compliance with safety regulations
- Provide guidance and support to workers, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Familiarity with hand tools and construction equipment operation
