Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and reliable Machinery & Equipment Foreman to oversee the operation, allocation, and performance of heavy equipment on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant use of machines while coordinating with operators and maintenance teams to maintain smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise operators and monitor productivity & safety • Manage equipment allocation and site movement • Ensure compliance with HSE and company policies • Conduct inspections and report technical issues • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance • Maintain daily reports, records, and equipment logs Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of U.A.E experience in a similar role • Strong knowledge of excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, rollers, and wheel loaders • Leadership and team supervision skills • Basic troubleshooting and maintenance awareness • Good English communication; Hindi/Arabic is a plus • Ability to manage multiple machines under pressure

Responsibilities

The Foreman will supervise heavy machinery operators, manage equipment allocation, and ensure site productivity and safety. They are also responsible for conducting technical inspections, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining accurate equipment logs.
