JOB DESCRIPTION: FOREMAN/LEAD CARPENTER

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman/Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated and reliable professional with a strong background in commercial construction. This role requires excellent leadership skills and hands-on expertise in various aspects of construction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in commercial construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in concrete work, including foundation and flatwork.
• Proficiency in structural steel and lumber framing.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Lead Carpenter is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
