Job Summary
We are urgently hiring experienced Foremen to join our construction projects under leading developers in the UAE. The ideal candidates will supervise site activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities for Civil, Block, or Steel/Structural works.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project plans, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workforce to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with UAE regulations.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and escalate issues to management.
• Ensure adherence to developer quality control standards and timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Civil, Block, or Steel/Structural site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
