• Coordinating Operations: Work closely with managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
• Supervising Workers: Manage and direct the work of construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Material Management: Account for materials used and return unused or salvaged materials.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction and integrate required equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required standards of quality.
