MTN HOCHBAU GmbH, a company of the MTN HOCHBAU GROUP, is looking for a dedicated foreman (m/f/d) for turnkey construction at the Berlin location as soon as possible.

Here's what your responsibilities with us would entail:

• Independent and self-reliant management and execution of assigned construction projects in cooperation with the construction management.
• Local contact person for employees and managers
• Economic planning of personnel, equipment (work tools) and materials
• Proactive material ordering and coordination of supplier services
• Managing one's own employees during the construction phase on the assigned construction projects
• Coordination, monitoring and control of the trades and subcontractors
• Execution, quality and deadline control of subcontractor work as well as work performed by our own employees
• Coordinating the rectification of defects
• Instruction, implementation and monitoring of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on the assigned construction projects

What you should bring:

Technically:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a skilled worker in the field of structural engineering and several years of professional experience in this position
• Manual dexterity and good technical understanding
• Leadership skills
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
• Driving licence class B
