Foreman / Site Manager (m/f/d) for Garden and Landscape Construction in Stuttgart

Your tasks

• Under the guidance of experienced construction managers, you plan and organize construction sites and the employees on site.
• Your tasks include all activities related to garden and landscape construction, mainly construction work on medium to large commercial construction sites.
• You are responsible for the professional execution of the work. You coordinate the employees on the construction site as well as a modern fleet of machinery.
• Your responsibilities include digital construction site documentation, measurements, and the management of machinery and materials.

Your profile

• A completed vocational training as a gardener specializing in landscaping, preferably with a master craftsman or technician qualification. Alternatively, experience in road or civil engineering, or in another construction industry, is also acceptable.
• Experience in reading specifications with execution plans and detailed solutions.
• Knowledge of height markings, measurement and assistance with invoicing.
• Technical expertise in construction engineering, knowledge of machinery and equipment, and the relevant safety regulations.
• You maintain an overview, have organizational skills as well as good communication and teamwork skills.
• A Class B driving licence is required.
