Description

Responsible for coordinating all maintenance and repair activities performed by assigned staff at SJH. Routinely inspects facility to identify problems with systems or equipment. Supervises and schedules staff in one or more disciplines within the department including all HVAC Mechanics, Electricians, Plumbers, Metal Fabricator and General Mechanics. Responsible for budgetary compliance for projects. Troubleshoots and repairs of all types of HVAC Refrigeration, Electrical Systems and Plumbing. Monitors staff performance thru TMA to maintain a high level of services.

Responsibilities

The Foreman is responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair activities and supervising staff across various disciplines. They also troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring budgetary compliance.
