ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Right to Work in the EU is essential: Must have an EU passport.
• Willingness to travel across the EU as required.
• Previous experience in a Foreman role on structured cabling projects, including large scale Cat6, Cat6A, and/or fibre installations
• Accreditation from one or more of the leading manufacturers is an advantage
• Must have a current Safe Pass or be willing to get one before commencing employment
• Pre-employment medical may be required.
• Certification in Working at Heights, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP) or Hoist Operator training are an advantage but not essential.
• Proven people management, attention to detail, and communication skills with the ability to lead your team and provide training when required are essential.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site personnel involved in the installation and testing of Cat6, Cat6A, and Fibre Optic cabling across a variety of project environments. You will lead your team to ensure that work is carried out safely, to a high standard, and in line with project timelines and budget requirements. At CET Connect Ltd, we value flexibility, professionalism, and a strong work ethic, and as Foreman, you will be expected to uphold and promote these values while supporting the development and performance of your team to meet both client expectations and project objectives. There may be a requirement to attend a full pre-employment medical in some countries across Europe. This will be carried out during the recruitment process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the day-to-day work of Technicians on the site to ensure a high standard of installation.
• Interpret technical drawings and method statements to plan and execute the team’s work effectively
• Review quotes to confirm adherence to quote specifications and accuracy
• Ensure the team is in full compliance with Health and Safety standards and all site protocols
• Determine the training requirements for Technicians on site and provide appropriate On-the-Job training.
• Provide hands on support for the installation and testing of structured cabling when needed
• Monitor all activity under your care and escalate any out-of-scope activity to Management
