WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

BMD’s Urban division in Victoria are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our growing regional team. The ideal candidate will be based in or around Swan Hill / Mildura. You will contribute towards building future local communities through the delivery of a range of diversified urban development projects. This role offers:

• Exposure to a variety of civil projects and packages (earthworks, roadworks, concrete pavements, trunk and reticulated underground and overhead services);
• Strong pipeline of locally based work;
• Opportunities to develop your skills/expertise in a supportive environment.

As a Foreman, you will use your leadership and communication skills to build relationships quickly and effectively across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
