JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our Health Care construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires hands-on experience in the construction industry along with proficiency in various project management software.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor/Supervisor in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations (OSHA certification preferred).
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
