YOUR AREA OF ACTIVITY:

• You are responsible for the technical management of construction sites in the areas of building construction and property maintenance.
• On site, you will professionally manage the construction site personnel and, in cooperation with the construction management, be responsible for their deployment planning.
• Throughout the entire project, you will be responsible for project controlling and, together with the construction management, monitor costs, deadlines and quality.
• You are responsible for occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection on the construction site.

YOUR FOUNDATION:

• You have basic training in building construction/property maintenance and ideally further training as a foreman/forewoman (m/f/d) or have relevant professional experience.
• With your winning personality and entrepreneurial thinking and actions, you can motivate and lead people.
• You enjoy direct interaction with customers and business partners on site and are also interested in business management contexts.
• In your daily work, you demonstrate initiative and a sense of responsibility.
