These services include new construction, renovation and maintenance of HVAC and Plumbing systems for plan-spec, design-build and design-assist commercial and high-rise residential buildings. Job Title: New Construction Plumbing Foreman Key Responsibilities: 1. Work with Project Managers and other staff to ensure all manpower and material requirements of the job are where they need to be and are on time. 2. Work with mechanics, helpers, and other foremen to build a high level of team work and morale. 3. Build strong customer relationships when the job dictates 4. Maintains safe work environment. 5. Provide daily direction and training to apprentices/helpers. 6. Order job material through Project Managers. 7. Ability to supervise and manage a crew. Position Requirements: 1. Knowledge of commercial Plumbing/HVAC systems. 2. Ability to read, understand, and work from drawings, specifications and schematics. 3. Understand written and verbal instructions given. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 5. Good attendance, reliability, dependability, and flexibility. 6. Ability to interact with multiple personality types while ensuring a positive outcome. 7. Maintain daily documentation for the project. 8. Must be able to follow OSHA safety rules. (Must have OSHA10). 9. Ability to follow company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy (pre-employment drug screening and random drug screening participation is required).
Responsibilities
The Foreman is responsible for supervising crews, managing manpower and materials, and ensuring the safe execution of plumbing and HVAC projects. They provide daily direction to apprentices and maintain strong relationships with clients and project managers.
