Your future area of ​​responsibility

• Planning, preparation and coordination of work processes on the construction site
• Cross-sector coordination and management of subcontractors as well as in-house staff
• Monitoring, documentation and control of construction work with regard to deadlines, costs and quality
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental protection regulations.
• Performing height and position measurements using a leveling instrument or rotary laser.
• Support for the foremen and the site management

Your profile

• Completed training or further education as a foreman/work foreman (m/f/d), ideally with several years of professional experience in the handling of building construction projects or comparable qualification acquired through professional experience
• Reliability as well as an independent, cost-conscious and customer-oriented work ethic
