We are looking for a foreman (m/f/d) for our building construction sites as soon as possible.

Your profile:

• Professional experience as a foreman and several years of professional experience in the construction industry in the field of new construction of individual single-family houses.
• Independent work, reliability, assertiveness
• Entrepreneurial thinking

Your tasks:

• They handle both technical and organizational tasks and ensure the smooth progress of work on the construction site. They supervise and assign tasks to the skilled and unskilled workers assigned to them.
• They monitor the entire workflow as well as the specified work and time schedule.
• They check the completed work for completeness and quality, rectify defects, or arrange for the rectification of defects.
• They are responsible for occupational safety, accident prevention and environmental protection, and may also be responsible for providing and maintaining the necessary work equipment.
