We are looking for a foreman/forewoman (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Professional construction of substructures, road surfaces, drainage systems, excavation pits, etc.
• Professional processing of building materials
• Operating small equipment such as compaction equipment, cutting equipment, measuring instruments and operating construction machinery such as mini excavators, small wheel loaders, etc.
• Maintenance and care of entrusted work equipment
• Creating drawings and sketches as proof for billing and documentation
• Close cooperation with other construction workers, engineers and supervisors to ensure construction progress.
• Compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines on the construction site to avoid accidents
• Responsible for laying utility lines and restoring surfaces (bitumen, paving stones and slab coverings)
• Responsible for the operation and control of civil engineering equipment and machinery, in particular wheel loaders, mini and mobile excavators

We expect:

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a civil engineering specialist (m/f/d), road builder (m/f/d), gardener (m/f/d), specializing in garden and landscape construction, or have a comparable qualification.
• Knowledge/basic knowledge of standards and technical regulations
• Professional work ethic with punctuality, reliability, diligence and prudence.
• Quality and performance awareness, teamwork skills, enthusiasm and passion for your profession
• You have already gained industry-specific professional experience and have experience in operating construction equipment.
• You have a strong awareness of occupational safety and health on the construction site.
• Possessing a valid German Class B driving licence would be an advantage.
